Within seconds, drivers can view newer cars that match or beat their current monthly payment, complete finance approval digitally, and collect their new car in under twenty minutes.

Payment Swap is an automotive technology platform focused on simplifying the car upgrade journey for consumers, while unlocking new demand and opportunities for vehicle dealers.
The Challenge
Traditional car buying is slow, fragmented, and heavily reliant on manual processes, paperwork, and negotiation.
Payment Swap needed a digital platform that could remove friction from the process entirely, bringing together vehicle stock, finance approvals, and pricing into a single, seamless experience that worked equally well for consumers and dealers.
The Solution
Built using OutSystems, the Payment Swap platform brings together live dealer stock, finance rates, and vehicle data into one streamlined experience.
We engineered a secure, scalable system that integrates with selected finance partners including Northridge Finance, DSG Financial Services, and Aviva. This enables instant eligibility checks, transparent pricing, and a frictionless purchase journey without haggling or paperwork.
For dealers, the platform opens access to a previously untapped audience: drivers who were not yet actively looking to change their car. Dealers can upload stock directly to the platform, instantly reach a wide audience, and gain full visibility into lead sources and conversions, allowing them to understand exactly where business originates.
The platform was designed mobile-first, delivering an intuitive experience for customers while remaining effortless for dealers to manage.
