Boardly is a board recruitment platform focused on connecting boards with Non-Executive Directors through intelligent matching based on experience, sector knowledge, and cultural alignment.
Boardly needed a feature-rich MVP that covered the full journey from onboarding to hiring.
The challenge was to deliver this within an eight-week timeframe without compromising on usability, security, or scalability. The platform needed to feel credible and production-ready from day one to support early traction and investor confidence.
We partnered closely with Boardly to design and build the MVP using OutSystems, allowing rapid iteration while maintaining strong technical foundations.
The platform includes AI-powered culture-fit interviews using voice analysis, automated profile summarisation to extract key insights from CVs, and an intelligent matching engine that connects boards and candidates based on experience, sector alignment, and behavioural traits.
Alongside the AI capabilities, the MVP delivered a complete end-to-end experience including onboarding, job posting, messaging, connection requests, and payments. The architecture was designed to be cloud-native and modular, enabling future expansion as the platform grows.
