# Doddle

> A small, senior UK product studio. The rare studio that ships on OutSystems, ships on modern AI-native stacks, and moves teams between the two when context shifts.

Doddle is a UK-based software studio. We design, build and run digital
products end-to-end. Our distinctive position is that we deliver on
both OutSystems and modern AI-native stacks, and we move teams
between them when their context changes - Finbridge Global launched
with us on OutSystems in 10 weeks, then re-platformed to AI-native
as it scaled, with the same team end-to-end.

Our work spans four tracks: OutSystems Delivery, AI-Native Delivery,
OutSystems Migrations (moving away from OutSystems), and Consultancy.

We are a Sales & Delivery Partner with OutSystems (since 2021) with
18+ years on the platform, and one of the first partners in Europe and
the UK to deliver on the ODC platform. We work day-to-day with modern
AI tooling - Claude Code, OutSystems Agent Workbench, Mentor, OpenAI,
Gemini, Hugging Face, Perplexity, ElevenLabs and Vapi - and ship
production AI with continuous evaluation, monitoring and guardrails.

## Tooling & stack

AI tooling we use in production:

- Anthropic Claude (Claude Code, sub-agents, Managed Agents)
- OutSystems Agent Workbench and Mentor (AI inside the OutSystems platform)
- OpenAI, Google Gemini, Hugging Face, Perplexity, ElevenLabs, Vapi where the workload calls for them
- Self-hosted and open models when they fit the risk and cost profile better

Modern engineering stack we lean on (varies per build):

- TypeScript / Python
- Next.js / React on the front end, deployed on Vercel
- Supabase and Postgres with pgvector for the data and retrieval layer
- Pinecone / Qdrant for managed vector search
- Vercel Workflows and n8n for cross-app and business-process automation across the apps teams already use
- LangChain or lightweight orchestration where it earns the dependency
- Terraform / infrastructure-as-code, GitHub Actions for CI/CD
- OpenTelemetry, Sentry and Grafana for monitoring and logging, with Langfuse tracing and evals across AI calls
- CodeQL and GitHub Advanced Security for code analysis, plus AI-assisted review through Claude Code and OutSystems Mentor

Delivery practices ("the harness"):

- Continuous integration and automated tests at every level
- Continuous evals for AI features (quality gates that fail a deploy if scores drop)
- Live cost, performance and quality dashboards per AI feature
- Security as part of delivery (secrets, dependency vulnerabilities, audit)
